Order Processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been received. As each item is made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be made and prepared for dispatch.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is made by prior arrangement at:

Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital
Pickup times, and exact pickup location must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
ElleMade will contact you to make arrangements.
Postage
Orders are sent using Australia Post.
A postage rate of $6.50 per order applies.
Once your order has been posted, tracking details will be provided where available.
Please note that delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are outside ElleMade’s control. While we will do our best to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, delays may occur once in transit.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. ElleMade cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete details supplied at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
