These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the ElleMade website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you complete your purchase.
Products & Descriptions
ElleMade offers handmade products. We make every effort to to ensure product descriptions, photographs, and colour representations are as accurate as possible.
As products are individually made, slight variations in colour, glitter placement, finish, and appearance may occur.
Photographs may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and individual screen settings.
Each item is individually crafted, and minor variations or imperfections may be present. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and will be described where relevant.
Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct at checkout, including names and designations.
Products are prepared using the details provided by the customer. Please check your selections carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.
ElleMade reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update product prices. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law.
Order Acceptance & Availability
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Shipping & Pickup
Postage is available Australia wide through Australia Post at a rate of $6.50.
Local pickup is available on Brisbane Northside or at RBWH by prior arrangement only.

Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle change of mind requests, faulty or damaged items and other order concerns. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
